These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the apptor Flow platform operated by Expeed Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the apptor Flow platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

apptor Flow is an AI-native workflow orchestration platform that enables users to design, deploy, and execute automated workflows with integrated AI capabilities. The platform includes a visual workflow designer, workflow execution engine, integrations, and administrative tools.

We offer cloud-hosted, single-tenant, and on-premise deployment options depending on your plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Organizations may manage user access through their admin panel. Account administrators are responsible for managing user permissions and access controls within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the platform to transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits without authorization
  • Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Use AI capabilities to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

The apptor Flow platform, including all software, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Expeed Software. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform according to your plan.

You retain all rights to your workflow definitions, data, and any content you create or process through the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expeed Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements are governed by the terms of their specific service level agreement.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform's admin settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. You may request an export of your workflow definitions and data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
